The value for money was excellent, with a warm and comfortable room furnished in a lovely traditional style. The location was tranquil and secluded, providing a peaceful getaway. The hotel manager was helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We particularly enjoyed the blissful bath each night and the charming little garden area.
Using a knife and fork wasn't ideal.

The location of the cottage is absolutely stunning, with secluded surroundings and breathtaking scenery. the little garden area is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Plus, the cottage feels homely and inviting, with charming decor that adds to its charm.
Some aspects of the cottage could use improvement, such as the uncomfortable sofa that made it difficult to truly relax. the parking situation can be a bit of a hassle, as other guests tend to take up a lot of space.

It was a cute little cottage with lovely furniture and accessories. Everything was nicely presented and very clean. the photos didn't do justice to how spacious it actually was. the bath was an absolute bliss every night. the cottage was located in a quiet rural area, but still within a short drive to Bamburgh and other nearby attractions. The property manager was incredibly helpful, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Cons: Nothing for me 😊.

Rose Cottage was absolutely mind-blowing! As a young adult, I was super satisfied with my stay here. The cottage itself was nice and comfortable, with clean and spacious rooms that were even bigger than what the photos showed. The rural location was so peaceful and quiet, yet still just a short drive away from all the attractions in the area. The traditional furnishings added a charming touch, and the property manager was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Although there was a small issue with the heating, she quickly arranged for us to move to another cottage that was spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided, from free parking to wi-fi, and even a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen was well-equipped with an electric kettle and cookware, although a spatula for frying eggs would have been a nice addition. All in all, our stay at Rose Cottage was absolutely fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to any young adults looking for a memorable vacation experience.

Some aspects of the cottage could use improvement. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with black mould on the tiles and grubby grout.
